Service Description
Psychosomatics refers to the relationship between the mind and body, how psychological factors can influence physical health and vice versa. It explores the connection between emotional or mental states and physiological symptoms or conditions. The main psychological factors: Social and cultural influences: Social norms, cultural values, peer pressure, family dynamics, and societal expectations shape individual behavior and identity. Stress and coping mechanisms: Stressful events or chronic stress can impact mental and physical health.
